PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller device allowing the easy execution of the maintenance and inspection of blades. SOLUTION: This impeller device is made movable between an operation position located so that signatures 1 by spaces 112b between blade plates 112 may be accepted and delivered and a saving position for performing the maintenance and inspection of the blade plates 112 by being separated from the operation position.
