The invention relates to a method for preparing a sample of biological material in a container for the storage, recovery and subsequent use thereof. The invention is characterised in that it comprises the following successive steps: - preparation of the biological material by means of solubilisation, - quality control of the biological material thus prepared, - labelling of the container with recording of the identification, - introduction of the biological material into said container, - dehydration of the biological material, - closing of the container, - sealing testing, and - placing of same in a storage station. The invention also relates to a method for using the prepared sample.
