Intruder alarm of pits of cable canalization “OSKK-1” includes central server of system connected to automated telephone station, and has access to its measuring terminal for determination of data on open hatch of pit of cable canalization through comparison of electric characteristics of executive module to reference ones and identification of number of telephone call received. Basis of transfer of call is in activation of controlled subscriber set of automated telephone station with function “Hot lone (hot line)” or activation of electronic dialer with memory of last number dialed by executive devices installed under hatches of pits of cable canalization.
