Windmill unit has wind wheel with horizontal shaft, radial blades as cylinders with end discs, drives for rotation of cylinders as rotors of Savonius type, those are installed on axles of rotation of cylinders and are rigidly connected to those, and electric generator. There indicator of angular velocity is included, it is rigidly connected to horizontal shaft of wind wheel, and stabilization device input of which is connected tom output of electric generator and output – to drives for rotation of cylinders. |
