FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to equipment and technology of rubber mechanical products manufacturing, in particular to device for manufacturing of reinforced, rubberised nozzles of high pressure with various diametres assembled with flanges. Technical result is achieved by the fact that suggested method for application of cord tape consists in serial layerwise application of cord tape onto mandrel. Cord tape, in process of motion from one bobbin to another bobbin, rounds braking rollers, roller-compensator, and is fed to mandrel with tension at a certain angle a. At the same time the first layer of cord tape is fed from carriage bobbin above mandrel with tension at a certain angle a and is applied onto mandrel spirally with even displacement and tension. And cord tape of the second layer is duplicated with the first layer of cord tape, cord tape is applied both above mandrel and under mandrel helically with tension at a certain angle a and crosswise relative to previous layer. ^ EFFECT: provision of continuous feed of tape material under tension, control of speed of operation of all rotary mechanisms in process of tape material application and, as a result, achievement of high quality of assembled nozzles. ^ 8 cl, 5 dwg |
