<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a content from being spilt during exchanging operation of inner containers. <P>SOLUTION: In a double container 1 including the inner container 2 for storing the content and an outer container 3 for storing the inner container 2, the inner container 2 includes an inner container body 4 and an inner cap 5 threadedly fixed to its opening part 40 under a loose condition, and the outer container 3 includes an outer container body 7 and an outer cap 8 threadedly fixed to its opening part 70. The inner cap 5 includes a communicating opening 58 communicating with the inside of the inner container body 4 and closed by clamping the inner cap 5, and a first engaging part 56 formed on the outer face of the inner cap 5. The outer cap 8 includes a spout 80 communicating with the inside of the inner container body 4 through the communicating opening 58 and a second engaging part 87 engaging to the first engaging part 56.
