<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security performance, and to integrally control occupant authentication and vehicle setting for each occupant, in remote vehicle control. <P>SOLUTION: When the biological authentication of a user is effected by a portable terminal apparatus 20, key information and vehicle control information are generated.
