<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a heat sink in which the heat sink having high heat dissipating performance is manufactured and the manufacturing time is shortened. <P>SOLUTION: A bending device 21 is prepared which has a moving member 24A to which a plurality of bending tools 22 inserted between the respecive fins 3a in a plurality of heat dissipating fins 3 formed on a surface 2a of a base plate 2 of a heat sink raw material 10 are fitted alongside in the right-left direction W to freely swing. The respective bending tools 22 of the moving member 24A are inserted between the respective fins 3a. Then the moving member 24A is moved in a fin bending direction relatively to the base plate 2 to push and bend the respective fins 3 at the same time with the respective bending tools 22 of the moving member 24A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
