PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous adhesive expressing high performances including the water resistance, boiling resistance, retort resistance and adhesivity of its coating film, and to provide a laminate using the above aqueous adhesive. SOLUTION: The aqueous adhesive comprises (A) an acid-modified polyolefin resin and (B) a polyether type polyurethane resin with the mass ratio: A/B of (99:1) to (40:60). It is preferable that the polyether polyol component and the isocyanate component of the polyether type polyurethane resin are polytetramethylene glycol and isophorone diisocyanate, respectively.
