PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator for hair by which an agent can be uniformly spread to the hair with little brushing operation. SOLUTION: In the applicator for the hair having a handle portion and a comb portion 13 and for applying the agent to the hair, a plurality of combtooth bodies 13b constituted by lining a set of three combteeth 13c in a substantially straight line shape are arranged in a state inclined to a brushing direction Y by an angle of 35 to 55°in the comb portion 13, wherein the combtooth bodies 13b are arranged by an interval of 6 to 8 mm in a perpendicular direction to the brushing direction Y, and the combteeth 13c constituting the applicator for the hair are lined by an interval of 1.5 to 3 mm in a perpendicular direction to the brushing direction Y.
