PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a prediction announcement for preventing a player from having a suspicion concerning a game machine where a variable display game is started based on start memory, and the variable display game is controlled so as to allow the display result of the variable display game to be a special display result when it is determined that a random number value stored in response to the start memory is a specified value. SOLUTION: The game machine includes a prediction announcing means (a game controller 30) for performing the prediction announcement, showing an effect that the random number value to be determined as the specified value is stored in a start storage means (the game controller 30), during the execution of the variable display game corresponding to the start memory which is stored before the effect in the case where the random number value is stored. The prediction announcing means determines the performance of the prediction announcement through the use of only the first determination value as the specified value, regardless of a probability state.
