PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, an information holding device, a management device and a terminal device, allowing information transmission wherein convenience on a reception side is considered. SOLUTION: External equipment 9 each transmit service information showing a state of service or execution priority of the service, and the kind of the service provided by itself to an integration device 4. The integration device 4 stores the received service information, and transmits the service information to an image capturing apparatus 1. The image capturing apparatus 1 selects the external equipment 9 set as a transmission destination of content information based on the received service information, and transmits the content information.
