PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment which eliminates adverse effects even if the electronic equipment is driven during charging, while employing a non-contact charging method using electromagnetic induction. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment is driven by the electric power received without contact through a secondary coil 86 of a charging device 400 which receives power in a non-contact manner. The electronic equipment includes a transmission unit 88 for transmitting a signal instructing the start and stop of power supply to the charging device 400, and an analog processing detection unit 48 for detecting the operation timing of analog signal processing. The electronic equipment further includes a system control unit 50 for controlling the transmission unit 88 so as to transmit a power supply stop signal prior to the start of the analog signal processing based on the operation timing for the analog signal processing detected by the analog processing detection unit 48.
