PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage disks after delivery and to deploy multifunction services using the disks. SOLUTION: The individual QR code 21 obtained as a result of QR encoding the information to uniquely specify a disk out of a number of disks and the individual information 12 consisting of the text data 22 corresponding thereto are printed on the label of a disk 11. Further, the PID data containing a unique ID are also recorded on the disk 11, and the PID data and the individual QR code 21 are associated with each other.
