PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile electronic equipment including a housing with a high strength. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 includes a housing 3 and electronic components housed in the housing 3. The housing 3 includes: a front case 5 including a portion constituting a first counter part 3a and a first wall part 5c protruding from an edge of the portion to a side of a second counter part 3b and constituting a sidewall part 3ca: and a rear case 7 including a portion constituting the second counter part 3b and a second wall part 7c protruding from an edge of the portion to the side of the first counter part 3a and overlapping the inside of the first wall part 5c. In the first wall part 5c, there are formed a notched part 5f forming an opening 3f and a groove part 33 at a side of a lower end part 3d than the notched part 5f.
