<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple detection method of a high S/N ratio for minimally suppressing the non-specific adsorption of impurities or a ligand molecule to a solid phase in a heterogeneous detection method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: After a composite containing a first ligand molecule, a target substance and a second ligand molecule is formed, B/F separation is performed. Then, the light irradiation bonding region in the second ligand molecule is activated by irradiation with light and the composite is fixed to the non-specific adsorption preventing film formed on a substrate.
