<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wiring or the like capable of preventing an electromagnetic radiant noise from being propagated without causing a chip area to be increased and performance to be deteriorated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Wiring 52a to 52d for electrically connecting a pad 51 to be an external terminal of an integrated circuit device to an I/O cell 50 for executing input and/or output of a signal, an electric current and/or a voltage with the outside via the pad 51 is formed with a plurality of slits along an extending direction of the wiring 52a to 52d.
