<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating gaseous structure improved in safety and design quality. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The floating gaseous structure includes a floating bag body 2 to float on the water when injected with gas, a dividing wall 3 dividing the inside of the floating bag body 2 into a plurality of air chambers 31, 32, gas inlets 4 provided for the individual air chambers 31, 32 to inject gas, gas outlets 5 provided for the individual air chambers 31, 32 to discharge gas. The floating bag body 2 has a body containing part 21 for accepting the body of a user, formed in a U-shape in the direction of advancing on the water and the air chambers 31, 32 are formed symmetrically with respect to the advancing direction and inwardly and outwardly adjacent, in layers, to the body accommodating part 21 in the U-shape.
