The pump has a piston (3) provided with an end (3.1) that projects above a hollow cylinder (2) and displaceable in the hollow cylinder through a compression spring (4) at a radial projection (5) of a drive shaft (7) of an internal combustion engine (1), where the drive shaft is rotatable around an axis. The end of the piston and the hollow cylinder are connected with each other in a fluid-tight manner by bellows (8), and an annular space (9) enclosing the piston is attached to a leakage line (10). The leakage line is proportionately formed by a groove (2.1) intervening into the cylinder.
