A processing method, device and system for messages with clock information are provided. The method includes: receiving a message with clock information; obtaining the message identifier of said message; obtaining the corresponding clock processing configuration information according to said message identifier; processing the message according to the obtained clock processing configuration information. The method obtains different sets of clock processing configuration information by means of different message identifiers, and processes the messages accordingly. It can effectively reduce resource occupation volume and reduce costs.
