<p>A fluorescence observation device which accurately acquires fluorescence intensity in variable passband. The fluorescence observation device (1) includes an excitation light source to emit excitation light, a Fabry-Perot resonator (13) providing variable passband where a wavelength of transmitted light is varied with change in interval of planar surfaces between optical members (13a, 13b) placed in opposition at an interval, a fixed passband where a wavelength of transmitted light is never varied irrespective of change in interval of the planar surfaces and transition band specified between those passbands, an excitation light cut filter (12) to cut off passage of the excitation light, a band cut filter (20) having cut-off band including the transition band and excluding a wavelength of the excitation light, and an optical detector (14) to detect the fluorescence transmitting through the Fabry-Perot resonator (13), the excitation light cut filter (12) and the band cut filter (20).</p> |
