PURPOSE: An ice making device and a refrigerator having the same are provided to maintain ice stored in an ice storage unit. CONSTITUTION: An ice making device(50) has an ice making tray(60) and a cold air guide(71). The cold air guide leads cold air passed through the upper part of the ice making tray to the bottom of the ice making tray. A cold air passage part is formed in the cold air guide. The cold air passage part supplies a part of cold air to an ice storage space of an ice storage unit by passing a part of the cold air. The ice making device is arranged on the upper part than the ice storage unit.
