FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and can be implemented, for example in air craft propulsion engineering for protection of parts of gas-turbine engines operating under high temperatures. The method consists in alitising of surface and in applying a binding layer of MeCrAlY by vacuum-plasma sputtering, where as Me Ni and/or Co is used. Further a heat resistant protecting layer of MeCrAlY is applied, where Me - Ni and/or Co and a ceramic layer ZrO2Y2O3 are applied by the method of gas-thermal sputtering. Then annealing is carried out in vacuum at temperature not less 900C and below 1050C during more, than 2 hours, but not more, than 4 hours. ^ EFFECT: increased service life of parts with multi-layer heat-protecting coating under conditions of intensive thermo-dynamic effect at operating with temperature not less 1050C. ^ 7 cl, 2 ex |
