<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slurry composition for electrode formation which has a high mechanical strength with a sufficient gap and by which an electrode with excellent electrical characteristics is obtained and manufacturing cost is reduced, an electrode, and a method of manufacturing the electrode. <P>SOLUTION: This is the slurry composition for electrode formation which contains a noble metal particle, a heating disappearance resin particle containing polyoxyalkylene resin, and a dispersion solvent, and contains the heating disappearance resin particle 0.01-20 wt.% in solid ratio to the noble metal particle, and the average particle size of the heating disappearance resin particle is 0.05-10 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
