PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger with a falling preventing function capable of preventing falling from a clothes-drying pole and facilitating attachment and detachment to/from the clothes-drying pole. SOLUTION: In the hanger 1 with the falling preventing function including a hanger body 10 comprising a hook part 11 and a clothes locking part 12 connected to the proximal end of the hook part 11, an opening closing part 20 for closing the opening A of the hook part 11 and a lock part 30 for maintaining the state that the opening closing part 20 closes the opening A of the hook part 11, the opening closing part 20 and the lock part 30 are freely turnably pivoted to the hanger body 10 respectively, and by turning the lock part 30 and abutting the lock part 30 and the opening closing part 20 in the state of turning the opening closing part 20 to the position of closing the opening A of the hook part 11, the lock part 30 regulates the turning of the opening closing part 20, and the state that the opening closing part 20 closes the opening A of the hook part 11 is maintained.
