PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device in which a flexible printed board and a board to be connected are securely bonded and fixed by increasing the adhesive strength of a bonding member without applying large pressing force and suppressing return reaction force of the flexible printed board. SOLUTION: The electronic device includes the flexible printed board 18, and an electrooptical panel 8 and a member to be connected 10 connected through the flexible printed board and is constituted by bending the flexible printed board between the electronic optical panel and the member to be connected. In the electronic device, a portion 18a1 of the flexible printed board and the member to be connected are connected together by a bonding member 25, and at least one of the flexible printed board and the member to be connected has uneven portions 27 and 28 on a surface bonded to the bonding member.
