PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin-containing aqueous dispersion excellent in both the solvent resistance and the blocking resistance of its coating film and excellent in adhesivity to various base materials. SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion is characterized by comprising (A) an acid-modified polyolefin resin, (B) a modified nylon resin and an aqueous medium. Specifically, the component A is modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid component whose content is 0.1-30 mass% in the component A, and the component B is an alkoxyalkylated nylon resin. A coating film is prepared by removing the aqueous medium from this aqueous dispersion. Besides, a laminate has the coating film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
