PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop rotation caused by a wrong operation without providing a stopper. SOLUTION: A lock means 6 locking an upper rail 2 with respect to a lower rail 1 comprises a lock arm 8, a plate spring 11 energizing the lock arm 8 in a locking direction, and an input part 8c unified with the lock arm 8 for unlocking. An unlock means 15 comprises a holding bracket 16 having an upper horizontal part 16a and a fixed vertical part 16b combined with the upper rail; a handle holder 29 composed of a rotation vertical part 29a rotatable with respect to the fixed vertical part 16b, a lower horizontal part 29b having a first abutment part 29g on which an operating handle 28 abuts during an operation and a second abutment part 29h on which the operating handle 28 abuts during a wrong operation, a front surface part 29d forming a long hole 29c, and a pressing part 29f pressing the input part 8c; the operating handle 28 inserted into the long hole 29c; and a spring 22 energizing the operating handle 28 to the first abutment part 29g and also to the front surface part 29d.
