<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teaching material presentation device capable of determining a teaching material to be presented so that a quantified learning effect is maximum. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The teaching material presentation device 1 includes: a model building part 21 for building a correct answer model for all users to predict a teaching material if an incorrect answer is obtained when a user answers a pre-learning test by using, as pre-test data, input data 43 indicating true/false of pre-learning test, true/false of a post-learning test, and the teaching material presented to the user at this time, and if a correct answer is obtained when the user answers the test again after learning the teaching material, and storing the model parameter 44 of the built correct answer model in a storage means 4; and a presentation part 22 for reading the model parameter 44 and the test history 45 of the pre-learning test of the user to whom the teaching material is presented from the storage means 4, and selecting a teaching material to present it to the user so that an expectation increase point indicating an expectation value of a difference between the point of the pre-learning test and the point of the post-learning test is maximized for the user.
