<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device which improves resistance against muddy water by improving a sealing function to reduce the amount of contact with muddy water with respect to a sealing device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing device is equipped with an outer race 2a connected to a vehicle fixing member 3 at a vehicle inner side, an inner race 2b connected to a hub 4 having a hub flange part 4b for mounting a wheel at a vehicle outer side, a rolling element 2c interposed in a bearing inner part between the inner race 2b and the outer race 2a, and a sealing device 2e provided at a vehicle outer side and sealing the bearing inner part from an external part. The one end side at the vehicle outer side of the outer race 2a is disposed opposite to the surface 4e of the hub 4, a predetermined gap X is provided between the surface 4e of the hub 4 and the one end side 2a1 of the outer race 2a, a plurality of drainage paths 5 radially extended and arrayed in the circumferential direction of the hub 4 are provided on the surface 4e of the hub 4 in the gap. In the drainage paths 5, a water path end at the hub center side is positioned in front of the hub rotational direction and the water path end at the hub outer side is positioned in the rear of the hub rotational direction.
