PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a tray-loading device of a seedling transplanter that a heavy seedling tray can easily be loaded on the tray-loading table from any of the right and left sides of a machine frame. SOLUTION: In the tray-loading device of the seedling transplanter, the tray-loading table 38 is disposed for loading the seedling tray 160 above the machine frame of the seedling transplanter, and a pressing member 113 is disposed in a state capable of being switched to a pressing position B for pressing the seedling tray 160 in a posture seedling transplanter upward projected from the loading face of the tray-loading table 38 or a pressing-releasing position C lowered from the loading face.
