<p>The present invention relates to a method of treating a wound and an apparatus for promoting wound healing. An enclosure (22) is applied over the site of a wound (23) and filled with a physiologically acceptable rinse solution. The physiologically acceptable rinse solution treats the wound and can promote the growth of tissue cells in the wound. Following exposure to the wound, the physiologically acceptable rinse solution is analyzed by a data sensor to determine the wound bed biology.</p> |
