COAL AND COKE GASIFICATION BURNER WITH DUAL MIXING STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A coal and a coke gasification burner with a dual mixing structure are provided to facilitate gasification and form wide generation range of turbulence due to collision of two nozzles by arranging a sub nozzle in a circular shape around a main nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A coal and a coke gasification burner with a dual mixing structure comprise a burner body and a nozzle tip. The burner body supplies slurry to a gasification reactor. The burner body comprises a first oxygen supply pipe, a second oxygen supply pipe and a cooling jacket. A slurry exhaust line is installed inside the first oxygen supply pipe and mixes the slurry and the oxygen firstly. The second oxygen supply pipe comprises the first oxygen supply pipe. The cooling jacket comprises the second oxygen supply pipe. The nozzle tip comprises a main nozzle(31) and a plurality of sub nozzles(32). The main nozzle sprays mixture firstly mixed from the first oxygen supply pipe.
