FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biological testing environmental objects in order to determine bad sections of analysed regions and differentiated assessment of their contamination with strontium. The method is realised through biotesting and involves taking samples of bioindicators, drying them to constant weight, separation of an averaged sample, determination of overall content of strontium in it, comparing obtained values with given data, from the deviation of which the ecological status of the territory is determined. The bioindicators used are cuts of wild meadow-steep plants or monoculture of annual or perennial agricultural plants. Samples are taken during flowering phenophase by completely cutting the plants from 1 m2 in amount equal for the territory of a large region of 1 sample per 1000 to 5000 ha, and for local agrocenosis in amount of 1 sample per 100 ha. Strontium is extracted from the averaged sample using concentrated nitric acid with its subsequent determination in the extract through atomic adsorption. The obtained values are compared with background content of strontium in an air-dry mass of average cuts of wild plants. ^ EFFECT: increased information content and reliability of the method. ^ 2 cl, 3 ex |
