<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headphone which is excellent in a wearing feeling and is not easily detached from an auricula. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The headphone has a loudspeaker part 1L provided with a casing which stores a loudspeaker unit and has a sound emitting surface 9k1 for emitting sound outputted from the loudspeaker unit to the outside, and an annular member 10 mounted on the outer surface of the casing so as to surround the sound emitting surface 9k1. The material of the annular member 10 is more flexible than the material of the casing, and it has a projection part 10c provided with a space in the inside and projected to the outer direction of the diameter. As for the distance from the sound emitting surface 9k1 of one end face 10tp to be the side far from the sound emitting surface 9k1, a distance Tc at the projection part 10c is formed longer than the distance Tb of the part other than the projection part 10c.
