<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame body with a side door allowing a user to easily perform maintenance and inspection of functional facilities such as an entrance lamp, an intercom, an electric lock or the like even if these functional facilities are arranged on the side door. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this frame body with the side door provided with a door frame 2 and the side door 4 attached turnably to the door frame 2, a cover member 10 provided with an engaging part 10b and a locking part 10a is arranged on an indoor side of the side door 4 and is detachably attached to a door end side member 4b connecting the engaging part 10b of the cover member 10 with a door end side indoor face of the side door 4 through a heat insulating material 4c and an indoor side member 2b connecting the locking part 10a of the cover member 10 with a suspension root side vertical frame 2a through a heat insulating material 2c, respectively.
