Subject: administration of special composite animal feed enriched with olive oil and organic selenium to broilers for a precise period of time and under precise production conditions. Advantages: differentiation of the levels of polyunsaturated fat acids and particularly those of the oleic acid through enrichment of the feed with oil olive, increase of the selenium level of the chicken meat, high content in antioxidants resulting from organic selenium and significant enhancement of the broilermeat taste due to the special production and slaughter conditions.
