PURPOSE: A door inner panel for a vehicle using a tailor rolled blank is provided to secure the strength of a door and to minimize the weight of a door by making a door inner panel of tailer rolled blanks in which thickness is different each other. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a door inner panel for a vehicle using a tailor rolled blank comprises the steps of preparing material boards(1,3) having different thicknesses(t1,t2)(S1), molding by interposing the material boards to between an upper roll(5) and a lower roll(7)(S2), producing an integral tailor rolled blank(9) with the material boards(S3), forming the tailor rolled blank along a trim line(TL) set on a trim press(S4), forming the produced trim member(11) in the forming press at the regular shape(S5), forming the produced performing material(13) in the forming press and processing a hole at the same time(S6), and increasing the thickness of a part(P1) connected to a door hinge and forming a door inner panel(10) with the remaining part(P2)(S7).
