PURPOSE: An assembling structure of a sunvisor is provided to rapidly assembling a plate upper end and a plate lower end and to reduce the mutual separation after a plate upper end and a plate lower end are connected. CONSTITUTION: An assembling structure of a sunvisor is composed of a plate lower end(100), a plate upper end(200), a hinge shaft(300), and a mirror insertion unit(400). The plate lower end has a projection formed like a hook. The plate upper end has a hanging projection. The hinge shaft is formed to be connected to a ceil of a vehicle. A mirror for observing the rear is inserted in the mirror insertion unit.
