PURPOSE: A vacuum system for vacuum melting and casting of metal and a vacuum melting and casting method using the same are provided to implement environmentally-friendly casting and reduce the failure rate by pressing pure molten metal into a mold through vacuumed mold and feed pipe. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum system for vacuum melting and casting of metal comprises a vacuum pump device(256), a vacuum melting chamber(20) which is connected to the vacuum pump and equipped with a crucible(110) to melt a metal material in a vacuum manner, a material feed pipe(120) which is connected to the vacuum pump device to put the metal material into the vacuum melting chamber in a vacuum manner, and a casting device(400) which includes a sleeve connected to the vacuum melting chamber and a mold connected to the vacuum pump device. The molten metal is put into the sleeve and molded in the mold in a vacuum manner.
