<p>The method comprises the steps of embossing plate with the identification code of the patient and applied to a suitable place on the wax model by means of a tool (1). The wax model is placed in a mould, which is filled for instance with plaster so that a casting mould is obtained. The wax is replaced by plastics, whereby the embossed plate becomes visibly applied in the plastics. The tool (1) has the design of a T-profile and is made of a transparent plastics, the profile comprising a roof-formed part (2) and a shaft-formed part (5), that when applying the embossed plate on the wax model, the plate is fastened on the roof-formed part (2) and applied on the wax model by use of the shaft-formed part (5). The transparent, roof-formed part (2) during the final manufacture of the prosthesis will be applied on the outside of the plate in the prosthesis.</p> |
