PURPOSE: A washing apparatus for oil-polluted sand is provided to offer good removal efficiency of oil-polluted materials, and to offer good washing efficiency by cleaning the oil-polluted sand and separating the oil-polluted sand into clean sand and oil-polluted materials. CONSTITUTION: A washing apparatus for oil-polluted sand comprises the followings: a first high-pressure injection nozzle(120) spraying water to the oil-polluted sand; a first sorting screen unit(130) discharging sorted gravel; a collection tank(140) collecting oil-polluted materials, sand, and water; a sand transfer pump(150) washing the sand and crushing the oil-polluted materials by powerful vortex; a powered cyclone(160) having a spiral supply pipe(161), a discharge pipe(163), and an overflow pipe(165); an oil/water separation tank(170) separating the water and the oil-polluted materials; an oil storage tank(180) storing the separated oil-polluted materials; a treated water tank(190); a treated water pump(210) transferring the collected water to the first high-pressure injection nozzle; and a second sorting screen unit(230) sorting and discharging the sand and the water. |
