PURPOSE: A control system of a monitor for an AV system is provided to prevent accident during driving by automatically adjusting a direction angle of a monitor of an AV system even with the posture of a driver changed during driving. CONSTITUTION: A control system of a monitor for an AV system comprises an image photographing unit(100) and a controller(200). The image photographing unit photographs the face of a driver. The controller extracts feature points of the face from the image photographing unit. The controller calculates a direction angle between the extracted feature points of the face and an AV monitor(300). The controller controls horizontal and vertical angles of the AV monitor based on the direction angle.
