The invention relates to a system for storing and exchanging data, that comprises a functional module (100) defining a data medium capable of emitting or receiving data by inductive coupling. According to the invention, the functional module includes a common portable medium (50) on or in which are grouped at least one integrated circuit without passive contact (CIC) electrically supplied by an inductive coupling in the form of a first semi-conductor chip, and a contactless integrated circuit reader (NFRC) in the form of a second semi-conductor chip, an antenna coil (AC1) of the integrated circuit (CIC), and an antenna coil (AC2) of the reader (NFCR), wherein the antenna coil (AC1) of the integrated circuit (CIC) is coupled to the antenna coil (AC2) of the reader (NFCR).
