<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel device having electrode patterns and a routing pattern printed with silver paste, the electrode patterns continuously meandering to be adjusted in resistance value. <P>SOLUTION: This touch panel device includes electrode patterns 3, 4 surrounding a rectangular conductor film 1B formed on a fixed side transparent substrate 1, and a routing pattern 5 connecting a power supply for generating longitudinal and lateral potential gradients in the rectangular conductor film 1B and four vertexes of the rectangular conductor film 1B, to detect a contact position between a conductor film 10B of a movable side transparent substrate 10 and the conductor film 1B of the fixed side transparent substrate 1 in the mobile side transparent substrate 10 including the conductor film 10B disposed opposite to the conductor film 1B of the fixed side transparent substrate 1. The electrode patterns 3, 4 are formed to continuously meander with the silver paste, and the routing pattern 5 is formed by the same silver paste as that for the electrode patterns 3, 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
