摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator panel 11 can reduce deformation. <P>SOLUTION: In a scintillator panel 11, a phosphor layer 14 which converts radiation into visible light is formed on a rectangular support substrate 12 whose bending strength in the longitudinal direction is larger than that in the lateral direction. A plural layers of carbon fiber reinforced plastic where carbon fibers are aligned in one direction are used for the support substrate 12. The plural layers of carbon fiber reinforced plastic are laminated so as to be symmetric in the plate thickness direction, with respect to the central part of the plate thickness direction of the support substrate 12, by varying the direction of the carbon fiber by a prescribed amount of angle. The deformation of the scintillator panel 11 can be reduced, by using the support substrate 12 with bending strength in the longitudinal direction larger than that in the lateral direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
