PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a multilayer graphene hollow nanosphere is provided to obtain the multilayer graphene hollow nanosphere with a very excellent carbon crystallinity at a very low temperature without thermal and physical post-treatment. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a multilayer graphene hollow nanosphere comprises the steps of coating a metal or a metal oxide nanoparticle with porous silica to prepare a metal or metal oxide/silica composite nanoparticle; reacting the metal or metal oxide/silica composite nanoparticle by hydrothermal reaction by heating it in a polysaccharide dispersion to obtain the carbonization product and to separate it; and etching the carbonization product in an acidic solution. The metal or the metal oxide is selected from Fe, Co, Mn and their oxides.
