PURPOSE: A hydrogel composition for agent applied on the skin is provided ensure moisturization and antiaging. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogel composition for applying on the skin with anti-wrinkle contains 0.1-5 weight% of ursolic acid and 1-5 weight% of Pyroligneous liquid. The hydrogel composition further contains carbopol or xanthan gum. The hydrogel composition contains water, benzyl, alcohol, ditethyleneglycol monoethylester, ethanol 1,3-butylene glrycol, and grycrein.
