PURPOSE: A steering wheel for bicycle is provided to vary the position of the handle bar according to the physical condition of a passenger, thereby improving user's convenience. CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel for bicycle comprises a pair of handle bars(53a,53b), a pair of gears, a gear casing(59), a stopper, and a handle frame(71). The pair of gears is fixed to the handle bar. The gears are engaged with each other and are rotated. The gear casing rotatably supports the handle bar. The stopper restricts or permits the rotation of the gears. The handle frame interlinks the gear casing and a front wheel(11). The front wheel is steered by the steering operation of the handle bar.
