A gas internal combustion-type nailing machine comprises a knock cylinder slidably containing a piston, a combustion chamber so provided above the knock cylinder as to be capable of opening and closing, a compressor for supercharging air into the combustion chamber, a fuel feeder for feeding a fuel gas into the combustion chamber, and a safety means for preventing the nailing machine from being ignited and driven when the supercharging pressure of the compressed air exceeds a set pressure value.
